Why Use Lexington Law Instead of Contacting Credit Bureaus Yourself?

Lexington Law has the knowledge and legal experience to dispute items on your credit reports without falling victim to the frustrating and confusing tactics of the credit bureaus. You can tackle disputes yourself, but hiring a qualified legal professional or firm will make for a much less stressful experience for you.

How Does Lexington Law Work?

Disputing erroneous items in your credit reports with Lexington Law is a simple process:

  1. Forward your credit reports to Lexington Law
  2. Choose which items to dispute
  3. Lexington Law works your case
  4. Sit back and relax!

Credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate your dispute. After that, they must inform you of the results, and send you a copy of the updated report. It usually takes 60 days from the day Lexington Law sends a dispute until the day you receive an updated report. When you receive a response from the bureau, make a copy of the report for your records, mail the original to Lexington Law, and Lexington Law will continue to work remaining disputes.
